A: For customized products, clients need to provide what form of files?
If you don’t have original products pictures, AI/CDR/PDR/JPG etc,. files are all workable.
If you have Original products pictures, high resolution pictures are workable.
A: Mold fee includes sample fee? How many pieces samples you can provide?
Mold fee equals to sample fee, normally we will give you 3-4pcs samples. If you need more samples, we may charge as the unit price.
Lead time of sample
Normally 7-12dyas based on the degree of complex designs.
A: How we know whether your product can meet the requirements with clients?
When we receive you payment, we will arrange 2D and 3D artwork for you. Client can let us know how you want to modify the mold before mold creating. We will arrange to revise artwork, after your approval, we will create the mold.
But if all details are confirmed, when mold finished, you need to revise details, mold-revising fee may be on client expense.
