Hard PVC Back
A high temperature, about 180-200℃, is required to melt the hard glue and attach it tightly to the back of the armband for about 20 seconds. The advantage is that the embroidery armband can be stiff, the back can cover the thread, so that the back is clean and smooth. Waterproof but embroidery area is usually small, this function is more suitable for making coasters.
Iron on back/Heat seal back
Can be used for ironing on the customer designated location. The temperature needs to be 100℃, and the waiting time is 5 seconds.
Self adhesive tape
Customers need to paste, if repeated use, viscousness will be insufficient. Use alcohol to wipe off excess lint and restore the original viscosity.
Velcro back
The diameter of the buckle is glued or sewn on the back of the armband. The master band is usually stitched on the clothes by the guests. When the clothes are to be cleaned, the armband can be torn from the master band, so as not to damage the armband when cleaning.
